Great company excellent communication

I placed three orders (for almost in total of €200) a week ago and three days later my order was cancelled for no good reason.

Tomtop did not notify me and I also received 8 euros less than I paid (I used a foreign currency instead of Euro, which was not an isseu before).

Upon asking for clarification the customer service informed me to my surprise that the items were not in stock, which again was not an isseu with my previous orders.

I cannot recommend Tomtop anymore, they are not reliable anymore and in this case I did not get my order but also I lost some money.

Bought several items from here, but my last purchase (solar test meter) was broken and did not function from day one. Several E mails from an obscure E mail address advised me to take it to be fixed locally, Its sad they have let themselves down this time, my advice is steer clear Now it reads order cancelled but I have paid for it . .

I got a t92 smartwatch and one earphone did not work I wrote a complaint and got told to put it on YouTube so they can see the problem but the music can't be heard

Bought the FLSUN V400 3D Printer, but now the order is on hold for over a week without any notice as to why from tomtop. There is no support contact available which means if your order has any problems there is nothing you can do. I probably have to contact my credit card provider to cancel the payment, I would advise anyone to avoid this hassle and choose another seller.

Regarding the reply of tomtop: That‘s just a lie, my credit card has already been charged last week. I‘m going to contact Visa to cancel the payment, very disappointed.

I purchase several item from this company, good prices, over 400 dollars down the drain. JUNK JUNK. I purchase BT Intelligent Dual Power Controller 80A and the first one work, price162.00 was less than 100 dollars from any other seller, the first unit worked and order one more, less than a month latter started smoking, and several other items I order either missing parts or not working. Pay a few dollars more and buy local if there is problems you can return it. They offer money for good reviews. I am stating the truth my experience and not happy at all. To be honest every time I buy anything from China I have issues, not just this seller but many others also. NO MORE

Very dissapointed. Ordered a smart doorbel which don't work properly with all instructions in Chinese. When I asked for a return they didn't even reply to my request. Do not recommend to anyone. Just for piece of mind stay away.

Sent me stock that had been previously opened and then taped back up again.
Product didn't work.
When I contacted them they started playing games and going around in circles. Wanted me to make youtube videos to show them what the issues was so they could 'fix' it. I didn't want it 'fixed' I wanted the brand new product that I paid for.
When I kept pushing they offered me discount - what is the point of a discount on a broken product?
Then they finally said I could return it at my own cost and they would 'evaluate' it when they got it and decide to give me a refund - such a scam.
The return address they have given me is incomplete so will never make it back.
Such a big scam. Do not order from these people!

The product is fine but if you ask for a legal invoice you will understand clearly that this company does not pay taxes. They do the fish and never send it properly. After asking for a proper invoice multiple times, there is a VAT number missing, no date, no adress, etc. They are not straightforward in telling you the truth and they try to pull your hair and play with your patience.
